These convenants were established as a general plan of protection, maintenance, development and improvement of lots in each tract. These conditions are designed for the mutual benefit of the lots in each unit and are hereby fixed upon all lots, parcels and portions of each tract and shall be held, leased, sold, and/or conveyed by them and shall run with the land and inure to and pass with said tracts and each and every parcel of land within, and shall apply to and bind the respective successors in interest thereof.
